Mr. Bowden had the part ordered Friday, messaged me it was there on Saturday, and I sat for 30 minutes while he replaced my battery, easy as it gets. We really need this service in Oxford, and we're lucky to have a good phone tech available. Excellent experience! Highly Recommend!

I drove all the way up from Durham because I was told this is the guy to go to to fix my phone. Arrived and the shop is closed, even though the business hours on Google and on the door, say they’re supposed to be open at this time. Tried to call the number on the sign, no answer and the voicemail is full. Very telling when it comes to reliability.

This is a fantastic place to get any kind of repairs on your devices. My MacBook needed a new battery. I took it in and it was repaired way faster than I expected! The gentleman was incredibly knowledgeable and polite when I came in for drop off and pick up. I will be coming here for all of my future computer or device services. I highly recommend getting your phone, laptops or computer fixed here. They even do the glass and screen repair! So happy I found this service! Saved me a ton of money!
